Is card counting legal? +
Yes. Card counting is not illegal anywhere in the US or most of the world. Casinos are private property and can ask you to leave, but it is not cheating and not a crime. This tool teaches you a skill — what you do with it is up to you.
What is the Hi-Lo system? +
Hi-Lo is the most widely used card counting system. Cards 2–6 are worth +1, cards 7–9 are worth 0, and cards 10 through Ace are worth −1. By keeping a running total you can estimate when the remaining deck favors the player — and adjust your bets accordingly.
Do I need any blackjack experience? +
None at all. The play advisor explains every decision in plain English, including the why behind it. Most users understand basic strategy within their first session. If you can keep a running number in your head, you can do this.
